Most price-comparison sites show the advertised box price and stop there. But several major retailers add fees at checkout that aren't part of the sticker price — sometimes adding up to a meaningful amount by the time you actually pay. On top of that, plenty of retailers offer a solid first-time-buyer discount that's easy to miss if you're not looking for it.

LensCompare.live checks prices across 10 major retailers, and highlights two things most comparison tools don't make obvious:

• A clear hidden-fees badge on every retailer, so you know the real total before you click through.
• First-time discount visibility, so you see the adjusted price when a retailer offers one.

How we make money

When you click through to a retailer and make a purchase, we may earn a small referral commission. The price you pay never changes because of this — it's simply how we keep the comparisons free and ad-free. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
